Session 15

Just when I thought that the sessions with Jamie couldn't get better, I was proved wrong.
Today I had a wonderful session.  Jamie used the rollers with me which carry a frequency of current without the light.  The roller wands encourage the muscles to hug the contour of my face and help to smooth out wrinkles and creases.  The session was very relaxing and filled with higher level conversation that was very appropriate to my life in this moment in time.
After that, Jamie gave me the choice of a mask.  I chose a honey and blueberry mask.  For the few minutes it took for the mask to harden, Jamie massaged my head.  I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed.
A couple of weeks ago I visited my son who lives out of town.  I haven't seen him for a number of months.  He complemented me by telling me that I looked great and didn't look a day older.  I attribute this to my individualized, Energy Light Rejuvenation sessions.  They have been so regenerative, de-stressing, and theraputic on so many levels. Jamie's sensitivity and professionalism in conjunction with the treatments have made this a significant set of experiences. 

Session 14

Each session appears to be more meaningful for me on many different levels.  I feel, and others have commented, that my skin is being revitalized.  It is more taut, especially around the jawline, my neck is smoother, and I have an overall destressed look..... especially around my eyes. The light is clearly communicating with me on so many levels. On the surface, I believe that it is educating my facial muscles to wake up and on a deeper level, I am being stimulated and relaxed simultaneously at the core of my being.
In doing my part, I eat well, exercise, try to get plenty of rest and sleep, and think happy thoughts. 
This entire experience has been de"light"ful.
Jamie is wonderful to work with as she couldn't be more supportive, kind, and confident in her abilities.

Session 13

Jamie outdid herself during Session 13.  In her very caring way, she not only offered me an Energy Light Rejuvenation treatment, concentrating on specific lines, wrinkles and discolorations, but plucked a few unwanted facial hairs too!  She really pays attention to the details!

I am also in the process of making a substantial change to my lifestyle.  This has been bubbling up to the surface for a few months...... and in all honesty, the confidence and self-assuredness to initiate and sustain these alterations to my lifestyle, all of which are very good for me, are due in part to this light-filled work.  Indeed, this energy work, along with Jamie's intuitiveness and supportive conversation deserves to be celebrated.

Session 12

Jamie spent the majority of our session using the roller on me.  This piece of equipment emits no light, no color.....just current.  She rolled both wands, following the contour of my cheeks, chin and neck, rolling away my creases and wrinkles.  My skin felt significantly stimulated and looked recharged and vibrant afterwards. This treatment was one of my favorites.  As a compliment to an already fantastic experience, Jamie shaped my eyebrows. She does a phenomenal job in this regard.  I love my eyebrows!!!! This was frosting on the cake.  Thank you, Jamie.

Eureka and Confirmation, Sessions 10 and 11

I invited a co-worker over for a luncheon/ meeting yesterday to work on a project.  I hadn't seen her for two weeks......and it's true I have been on vacation since I saw her.  However, she asked me what I had been doing as my skin looked tighter around the jaw line and my skin was more radiant.  I was so pleased, I couldn't wait to write this blog.  Jamie will certainly be as excited and pleased as I am.  She has been concentrating on my jawline, and has b een working around my eyes and mouth to decrease lines and support the defiition of the contours of my face.  Well, someone noticed and this is indeed confirmation that the changes in my face are evident.  I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the product.

Session Nine

The ELR experience with Jamie has been de-light-ful. I have noticed a change in the color and texture of my skin, and some obvious changes to some of the lines in my face that I don't really like.
Emotionally, I feel more focused on beaming a more positive light into the world and encourage that light to be reflected back at me.  As women, we tend to give and give and give...In my individual work with Jamie, I am working on attracting energy in all its glorious forms.....so that my well is balanced.
I am appreciative for the multitude of convergent experiences.

Session 8

Having an appointment with Jamie is fabulous.  She always asks me if I want something to drink before we begin each session and she takes a few moments to help me acclimate into her welcoming setting.
Jamie always adds an extra treatment to each session which makes each appointment new and unique.  She may  give me a hand massage while her equipment is booting up or a nice facial massage at the end of the session leaving my face dewy...something I cannot accomplish at home on my own.
She gently makes suggestions about how I can honor myself more and these ideas are simple enough to add to my daily rituals.....and I have.
Going back to one of my beginning blogs, I feel as though this work is a combination of a facial, healing work, soul searching, and therapy.  I absolutely love it and can't wait until my next session.

Session 7

I arrived to session seven with a toothache...or perhaps a swollen sinus cavity.  Jamie and I both thought I would be hyper sensitive to the vibration and frequency of the light treatment. Instead, I absorbed more light than I had in any previous session. In our conversation throughout the process, I realized just how positively I am interfacing in my life with all its trials and tribulations...Yes, light is healthy, and in retrospect, I feel that the inner balance I am experiencing is having an effect on my life as I perceive it....and that in turn may effect the health and beauty of my skin. I am truly enjoying this series of experiences with Jamie.

session six

Everyday I have a session with Jamie, I look forward to going.  It is a real treat as the process is so de-stressing.  Light is certainly a form of communication and I am responding favorably to it.
ELR is very therapeutic, healing, energizing, and calming all at the same time.

the benefits of color light therapy in session four and five

I have been the happy recipient of theraputic light via Jamie's profound knowledge and skill in infusing my person with colored energy light.

After each session with Jamie, I feel calm, restored, and my face looks and feels replenished. 
In looking at myself in the mirror it appeares that my jawline is tighter and my skin has a healthy coloration and texture.
Jamie is working with me on many levels to heal my skin and related organs.  As she focuses on specific acupuncture points and meredians, it appears that my organs are receiving light healing as well.
I know that my sinuses are clearer and less congested.  I am usually very sneezey and teary-eyed at this time of the year.
This work has been a great education to the muscle groups in my face as they are getting the exercise they deserve.
All in all, in so many ways and forms, I am benefitting from this color light therapy and am indeed appreciative.

"Good, good, good, vibrations"

After leaving my last appointment with Jamie, I felt very de-stressed yet stimulated.  I had a long day at work and I was feeling depleted and my skin, being a reflection of my thoughts and feelings, looked pretty tired as well.
Jamie, with her caring hands and ability to make me feel comfortable and educated about this work, engaged me during the therapeutic, light session.  I feel strongly that this allows me to be an integral part of the process of this subtle yet powerful healing treatment.  I can't say that my sagging chin and facial lines have disappeared after three sessions, but I do feel uplifted, my skin reflects my inner emotions, and feel as though I look better already.
Session number 4 is approaching soon and I look forward to "good vibrations".

My third energy light treatment was a delight.  Together Jamie and I worked with healing colors and the alignment to my being's request through muscle testing.  All the while, Jamie worked on my sagging, facial  muscle groups. I feel more spiritful and connected to my blueprint with each session.

2nd session

My second session with Jamie was quite interesting.  It was a combination of an overdue therapy session, facial, and shared time with a good friend.  We worked on awakening my root chakra which was my request.  It was an intuitive, honest, and healing experience.  I could hardly find the front door on my way out to my car.

My first visit of being light infused

My first ELR (Energy Light Rejuvenation) session was very engaging.  I had many questions abut the process and Jamie had just as many answers. 
During my session I could sense that Jamie was using a cool color on my face via probes. She was using the color "Blue" as I tend to have a ruddy complexion and Jamie was cooling the heat that pours from my pores.
I enjoyed the soothing experience that lasted for approximately 45 minutes.  Jamie spoke calmly about what she was doing, all the while using technical and non-technical terminology.  Throughout the experience, I knew I was in good hands.
After the session, I was cognizant enough to drive home safely, and I was internally very, very relaxed.
I can't wait until my next session!
